Tasks

• Project management for categorization and certification projects within the Airbus Commercial division
• Support in meeting time, quality, and budget targets
• Management and coordination of the project team and monitoring of project progress
• Active support in change management and the implementation of changes
• Maintenance and support of a central project categorization database
• Creation and maintenance of KPIs and monthly management reports
• Support with project management certification and operational tasks in the area of project categorization

Qualifications

• Completed degree in project management, engineering, business administration, or international management
• Many years of experience in project management, preferably in aviation
• Proven experience at Airbus is essential
• In-depth knowledge of change management and stakeholder management
• Basic knowledge of agile methods
• Very good knowledge of Google Workspace
• Very good German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1), French an advantage
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory – CV in English required
