Use your know-how to give tomorrow's technologies a head start, here and now, as an administrator in Hamburg for one of our clients. Tackle the challenges faced in administration with your ambitious approach to work. This position is offered on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week).

Task description

  • Dealing with order processing
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Dealing with financial statements
  • Responsibility for general administrative tasks
  • Responding to telephone queries from customers

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training
  • Initial experience in administrative work, ideally in order processing
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English
  • An independent and communicative approach to work will round off your profile
