Tasks

  • Support in achieving project objectives regarding time, cost, quality, and scope
  • Establishment and management of project teams with clearly defined responsibilities
  • Coordination with internal departments and operators to ensure smooth operations
  • Development of technical project solutions and evaluation of various alternatives
  • Preparation of decision-making documents for management
  • Monitoring of project costs and invoice verification, including approval
  • Oversight of deliverables and milestones, including reporting and project control

Qualifications

  • Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or General Engineering
  • Extensive professional experience in construction, site management, project and quality management, as well as engineering
  • Proven expertise in schedule and cost management, as well as stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of architecture and construction design, and experience in managing partners and subcontractors
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP (including advanced functions)
  • Business fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visas) is mandatory
