Tasks
- Support in achieving project objectives regarding time, cost, quality, and scope
- Establishment and management of project teams with clearly defined responsibilities
- Coordination with internal departments and operators to ensure smooth operations
- Development of technical project solutions and evaluation of various alternatives
- Preparation of decision-making documents for management
- Monitoring of project costs and invoice verification, including approval
- Oversight of deliverables and milestones, including reporting and project control
Qualifications
- Completed Master’s or Diploma degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or General Engineering
- Extensive professional experience in construction, site management, project and quality management, as well as engineering
- Proven expertise in schedule and cost management, as well as stakeholder management
- Knowledge of architecture and construction design, and experience in managing partners and subcontractors
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and SAP (including advanced functions)
- Business fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visas) is mandatory
