We are looking to recruit a quality manager for our client, Airbus Helicopters GmbH, in Donauwörth. In your future role you will be responsible for the maintenance of the documentation system, including any required monitoring.

Task description

  • Definition, upkeep and improvement of the Company Excellence System (CES) documentation system
  • Controlling the creation and updating of documents responsible for processes, specifically with regard to governance and process documents relating to guidelines, methods and standards, procedures and instructions
  • Support of those responsible for processes when creating and updating documents
  • Communication and information within the CES documentation network
  • Reporting on CES document status and the corresponding KPI dashboard
  • Responsibility for Visual Management, Go Gemba, PPS and customer surveys, as well as for translations into the national language
  • Preparation of CES documents as head of the working group and coaching the document creators

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, preferably in the field of quality management
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management and engineering
  • Knowledge of company activities and processes
  • Experience with EN, ISO and approvals desirable
  • Confident user of MS Office and SAP
  • Fluent in German, English and basic knowledge of French
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting round off your profile
