In your future position in Friedrichshafen with our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, you will be responsible for the coordination and maintenance of master data, amongst other things.

Task description

  • Specification of maintenance and production requirements, as well as numerical data as a basis for calculations
  • Preliminary work, approval and management of maintenance orders in SAP DSP
  • Testing, evaluation and confirmation of planned production dates as well as on schedule provision of production documentation, modules, auxiliary and operational equipment
  • Preparation of takeover of goods and ensurance that deliveries are complete
  • Planning and management of all required preliminary work for the service area
  • Creation of repair documentation and quality notifications
  • Material scheduling tasks


  • Technical training, preferably in communications electronics
  • Several years of experience in scheduling, production and maintenance 
  • Practical experience in production planning and production management
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and basic SAP skills
  • Fluent German and advanced English skills
  • A sense of responsibility and organisational skills should round off your profile
