Tasks

  • Ensuring the operational supply of materials in the engine sector
  • Checking material sources, performing range analyses, and creating supply plans for upcoming events
  • Organizing and coordinating replacement solutions for exchange and scrap parts
  • Carry out material bookings in the system and integrate relevant interfaces
  • Bottleneck management: Develop alternatives, define priorities, initiate escalations at an early stage
  • Communication and coordination with internal departments such as fulfillment, purchasing, or material planning
  • Identify optimization potential and initiate digitization measures
  • Processing of special tasks within the scope of the area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, economics, engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in materials management, procurement, planning, or supply chain management
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, SAP BW, and MS Office, ideally Power BI and data analytics
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
