1. Responsible company

Responsible company as per the Federal Data Protection Act in Germany is ARTS Holding SE, Airport Center Dresden, Hermann-Reichelt-Str. 3, 01109 Dresden.

2. Collection and storage

The information we receive from you helps us to provide you with the best possible service. We save information which we receive from you when you get in touch with us - e.g. your name, your address and your email address. If you get in touch with us as a job applicant, then you need to enter personal data, specifically first and last name, address, email address and your phone number. Furthermore, you can provide additional data, specifically your title, your current company and your job title.

In order to meet your preferences, you have the opportunity to enter a wide range of data without which a job placement would be almost impossible. This information is related to your CV, your job qualifications, the desired form of employment, your desired working locations, salary expectations, professional experience etc. The data you enter is only transferred to us once you tick the box which says that you have read the privacy statement and agree to the use of your data as explained in the privacy statement.

3. Data use in our company

We use your personal information to communicate with you and to update our data records. We require this data specifically to enable us to provide the services which we offer to job seekers and our customers. This also includes tasks around these services, such as answering questions you sent us. We also use your information to improve our offerings and content and to prevent or discover misuse of our website.

4. Publishing your data to third parties

It is imperative for us to provide our customers with personal data in order for us to provide our service. We can publish such information to third parties if you agree. If you send your application form to us then you agree that ARTS Holding SE has access to the transferred data and is allowed to present this information to potential employers as an application document.

In general we store all information for as long as you are interested in working with us and are using our service. If you do not want us to use your data any longer, then we will honor your request immediately (refer to section 6.)

6. Can you ask for stored data to be deleted?

Yes. Naturally, it is possible to ask us to delete your data partially or as a whole. For this purpose, please use the contact form on the ARTS Holding SE website. We will honor your request immediately and will stop contacting you. If we are legally obliged to keep your data, then the data is not deleted, just locked.

7. Cookies

We only use so-called session cookies to make your user experience of our offer as easy as possible. These are sent automatically as soon as you visit our website. These cookies allow us to collect data about your user behavior e.g. when and how long you were on our website and which internet browser you are using.
