Comprehensive FAL Quality Inspections

Quality starts long before first flight. ARTS specialists perform detailed internal and external inspections of fuselage sections, wings, and empennages to detect fastening issues, surface damage or structural deviations during assembly. We also verify each fuselage section upon arrival at the FAL to ensure components meetspecification before integration. Runway & Aircraft Inspections

Every aircraft must pass a series of checks before testing, flight, and delivery. Our quality teams manage these inspections on the runway and in coordination with test engineers. From validation before fixed‑point tests to detailed reviews after flights, we ensure that findings are accuratelyrecorded and resolved in digital systems like eTLB and eQLB. We also support client visits and acceptance events to guarantee that each aircraft leaves the factory in a reliable, production‑ready state.

For example, we can provide full-time on-site specialists for inspection support at your final assembly line, or remote consultants for quality method implementation and audit readiness. We also handle complete work packages – either integrated into your team or managed independently under our responsibility.

Quality Management and Quality Assurance target different layers of your aerospace quality system – and we support both.

Quality Management is strategic. It focuses on establishing or enhancing your Quality Management System (QMS), aligning it with ISO 9001 or EN 9100, and embedding quality principles into your daily operations. We emphasize  risk-based thinking, process control, and continuous improvement – from initial gap analysis to full QMS implementation. This is especially relevant for organizationsscaling operations, undergoing certification, or integrating new production lines.

Quality Assurance is operational. It ensures that your products and processes meet defined quality requirements – both regulatory and customer-specific. This includes inspection planning, quality gates, FOD control, process audits, and real-time monitoring. Our QA specialists work  closely  with engineering and production to prevent issues and ensure traceability throughout the value chain.

Depending on your setup, we can deliver these services separately or together – combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

We offer both – and often in combination. Some clients need us to take over specific tasks (e.g. 8D processing, final inspection), others need strategic input to improve their entire quality setup.
