Tasks
- Advisory & Alignment: Support to finance and control teams to ensure compliance with group-wide risk priorities
- Risk Analysis & Action Planning: Conducting assessments and deriving effective improvement measures
- Documentation & Training: Maintaining and developing internal financial control documentation and delivering awareness training sessions
- Subject Matter Advisory: Providing expert advice to functional departments and promoting the exchange of best practices
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring compliance with internal control system (ICS) requirements, including integration into contracts and technical specifications
- ERM Implementation: Leading the implementation and continuous development of the Enterprise Risk Management process
- Risk Assessment: Participating in reviews, analysing risks and opportunities, and following up on mitigation actions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or International Management
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling and Finance, as well as in Change Management and Logistics / Supply Chain
- Basic knowledge of risk management and a solid understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g. COSO)
- Experience with the Skywise tool is a plus
- Confident handling of Google Workspace
- Very good German skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1)
- English CV required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
