Tasks

  • Monitoring quality-related processes in the structural assembly of the Airbus A330
  • Defining and analyzing KPIs and digitizing them in Skywise
  • Advising and supporting the Design Office in complying with quality specifications
  • Applying relevant quality methods such as APQP, DFMA, and PPS
  • Coordinating quality measures, including root cause analyses, problem-solving processes, and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

  • Degree in aircraft construction, engineering, or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, structural assembly, structural mechanics at Airbus Operations, as well as in process improvement and project management
  • Confident use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
