For our client Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for an experienced Aircraft Cabin Supply Chain Coordinator at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will manage all operational interfaces between suppliers, the final assembly line and cabin equipment – hands-on, structured, and with a direct impact on the production flow. Tasks
- Ensure availability of cabin equipment in close coordination with the Final Assembly Line and the Airbus Delivery Center
- Analyze supply chain risks, initiate corrective measures and implement recovery plans
- Participate in operational meetings and provide transparency through key performance indicators and status reports
- Coordinate outstanding cabin-related work and escalate blocking issues to the respective supplier headquarters when necessary
- Identify systemic issues and initiate root cause elimination measures
- Act as the central contact for BFE and SFE supplier management, including process reliability and performance monitoring
- Ensure process compliance to guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, supply chain / logistics or a technical field
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, line side support, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
- Practical experience in the cabin or interior design sector is an advantage
- Initial user experience with SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- German language skills at negotiation level (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
