Tasks
- Operation of an NC-controlled 5-axis milling machine (Fooke Endura 807) and Zeiss Calypso measuring system
- Application of the Siemens Sinumerik Solution Line control system
- Set-up and dismantling, partly with overhead crane
- Selection and monitoring of NC programs and execution of intermediate tests (M0) on CFRP components
- Ensuring tool service life and rectification of faults in own area of responsibility
- Documentation of work steps via MES systems
- Support in manual deburring and fettling of CFRP door structures
- Application as L1 or L2 inspector within the framework of Quality Blue Print (QBP)
Qualifications
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable, each with several years of professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in mechanics, industrial mechanics, aircraft construction, manufacturing/production and as a helicopter mechanic
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
