Tasks

  • Operational support of procurement activities for production consumables across all European Airbus plants
  • Implementation and maintenance of product catalogues in collaboration with category buyers
  • Assistance to internal customers throughout the ordering process
  • Point of contact for suppliers regarding operational issues related to purchase orders or invoices
  • Contribution to process improvements and continuous optimisation within procurement
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, International Management or Supply Chain / Logistics (minimum: bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement and supply chain / logistics
  • Experience with data analysis is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Click’n Buy (BySide) and Google Suite
  • Fluent English skills (min. C1) and good German and French skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • CV in English required
