In this safety-related position, you will be part of a specialized team that oversees refueling processes for space test benches and ensures the supply of fuel – precisely, in a structured manner, and with a high degree of responsibility. Tasks

  • Carrying out refueling and fuel provisioning in accordance with specifications for test benches and external customers
  • Checking superstructures for completeness and functionality, close coordination with the foreman in the event of deviations
  • Provision, cleaning, and adjustment of operating resources such as fuel tanks and mobile refueling equipment
  • Maintaining logs and maintenance documentation using SAP and maintenance tools
  • Communicating with relevant authorities such as the fire department, DLR, and test bench operators
  • Participating in the optimization of the tank farm infrastructure in terms of safety, quality, and processes
  • Independently performing inspection and maintenance work, including support for TÜV inspections
  • Processing maintenance and certification orders for transport containers, panels, etc.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance and repair
  • Experience in the use of maintenance tools and in welding components and assemblies
  • In-depth application knowledge of SAP
  • Forklift and crane license required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
