We are looking for an experienced Business Partner Project Management in the Customer Services department at our client Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. In this interface role between project management, process optimization, and stakeholder management, you will actively shape the implementation of strategic programs! Tasks
- Analysis and integration of project-related data on time, costs, quality and resources
- Planning and control of programs and projects, including structure and schedules
- Risk and opportunity management throughout the entire project
- Monitoring of milestones and key performance indicators
- Configuration and change management in the context of contract data
- Implementation and further development of PM processes and tools
- Reporting and control vis-à-vis internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, international management or a comparable technical degree
- Many years of project management experience
- Several years of experience in public relations/communications management, especially stakeholder management
- In-depth knowledge of change management and knowledge of systems development desirable
- Very good knowledge of Google Workspace and Planisware-E7 is an advantage
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel approximately once a month within Europe (mainly Toulouse)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
