Tasks

• Managing and ensuring industrial contributions to MRO bidding processes across all program and project phases
• Coordinating necessary activities within the operations organization in close collaboration with the Program & Bidding Office
• Implementation of the MRO industrial strategy, including coordination of CAPEX planning and implementation to enable agreed industrial capabilities
• Overall responsibility for MRO industrial projects, including hangar/slot/event readiness (layouts, facilities/utilities, logistics flow, skills, sourcing, tools, IT infrastructure, production progress)
• Active management of risks and opportunities within the scope of industrial projects, as well as support for other MRO centers across locations
• Preparation of MRO events through efficient configuration management and clear scope definition, including a delta process
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional communication to facilitate swift decision-making

Profil

• Master’s or diploma degree in engineering or industrial engineering
• Many years of professional experience in finance and project management
• Industrial background desirable
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially detailed and special functions)
• Business fluent in English (at least C1); German and Spanish are an advantage
• Resume in English required
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
