Tasks
- Independent coordination of office management and main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Management and procurement of office supplies, equipment and workwear
- Organisation and procurement of IT equipment for employees
- Planning and execution of internal and external events and meetings
- Onboarding of new employees, including coordination and support during their first days
- Maintenance and creation of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Handling of administrative and organisational special tasks
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. as Management Assistant in Office Communication)
- Several years of professional experience in office management
- Valid Class B driving licence required
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English (at least B1)
- Independent and service-oriented way of working, strong organisational skills and communication abilities
- Friendly and confident manner as well as enjoyment in working in a varied office environment
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) required
