On behalf of our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a committed Communications Manager Sustainability & EHS at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder location, to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will develop sustainable communication strategies that reach people and improve processes. The gross annual salary ranges between €64,000 and €67,500, depending on qualification. Please note: We can only consider candidates who hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

Tasks

  • Develop and execute an integrated communication strategy for the EHS function
  • Design and provide creative, cost-effective communication tools (print, digital, AV, exhibitions)
  • Select and maintain suitable communication channels for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tools, processes and budgets across divisions and functions
  • Strengthen the external image of EHS through consistent branding and sharing of best practices
  • Develop guidelines and frameworks to promote quality, transparency and environmental efficiency in communication
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Degree in Communications or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in communications management / public relations and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of change management and project management
  • Advanced user experience with Google Workspace and Adobe tools
  • Basic knowledge of Premiere, Simple Show, and Gemini
  • Experience in EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) is an advantage
  • Fluent English skills (min. C1) and proficient German skills (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
