Tasks
- Analysis and optimization of pricing issues in compliance with legal requirements
- Preparation and support for price reviews by public contracting authorities
- Compilation and preparation of relevant review documents
- Coordination with controlling, cost accounting, and operational departments
- Application and representation of a coordinated negotiation strategy towards authorities
- Participation in national and international working groups on public procurement policy
- Support in advising on surcharge rates and chargeable costs
Qualifications
- Completed master's/diploma degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and finance
- Experience in dealing with public clients desirable
- Very good MS Office skills and in-depth SAP knowledge, especially SAP R3, S/4 HANA, SAP CO and SAP PS
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Taufkirchen/Munich
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
