Tasks
Depending on the area of application, you will take on tasks in lamination, pre-assembly, assembly, final assembly, or application. Your activities may focus on the following areas, for example:
- Manufacturing fiber composite components using GRP and CFRP technology (press, vacuum, or NDS processes) according to layup plans, including operating curing ovens and systems
- Rough part processing, e.g., grinding, milling, sawing, or sandblasting components, as well as reworking in the event of manufacturing defects
- Assembly work, including the precise bonding, adjustment, and assembly of components according to technical documentation
- Picking and visual inspection of attachments according to parts lists, as well as performing functional tests
- Application of films using specialized equipment, including preparation of components and checking of application results
- Self-monitoring of your work, feedback in the SAP system, and initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations
- Cleaning and maintenance of tools and work equipment, as well as documentation of production steps
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, e.g., as a plant mechanic, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, locksmith, carpenter, electrician, mechatronics engineer, painter/varnisher, cutting machine operator, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a skilled trade environment
- Technical understanding and experience in handling construction documents
- General PC skills
- Good German and English skills (at least B2 in each)
- Class B driver's license and own car are mandatory
- Willingness to work in a shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
