Tasks
- Handling inquiries across the entire customs spectrum within first-level support
- Clarifying customs-related issues by gathering information and coordinating with relevant interfaces
- Reviewing and tracking customs-relevant shipment data
- Coordinating first-level support colleagues to ensure efficient processes
- Participating in projects and taking on special assignments
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications and skills acquired through professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of foreign trade is desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent English skills (at least C1), good German skills (at least B2)
- Strong team and service orientation combined with organizational talent, analytical thinking, as well as a quick and precise working style; intercultural competence and a high sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
