Tasks

  • Design of electrical system installations for the A400M – from concept to manufacturing
  • Design and integration of wiring harnesses and equipment installations, in compliance with aerospace-specific regulations and design standards
  • Interface management with internal departments, suppliers and external service providers
  • Preparation, review and validation of technical documents, drawings, and bill of materials
  • Feasibility analyses and change management, including support for the Engineering Definition Dossier (EDD)
  • Coordination and performance monitoring of external suppliers
  • Implementation and evaluation of modifications to electrical components
  • Support for in-service activities and production processes

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrical systems, design, electrical design principles and system installation, ideally in the aerospace industry
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CATIA V5, ICC, PDMLink and vpm
  • Experience with PASS tools is a plus
  • Very good English skills (min. C1) and advanced German skills (min. B1)
  • Quick comprehension, structured working style and strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
