Tasks

  • Installation of electrical wiring and device installations in the A400M
  • Performing electrical tests such as grounding tests, continuity tests, GTI, and commissioning
  • Troubleshooting and documenting measurement results in the system (e.g., via tablet)
  • Assembly and securing of electronic components, e.g., on circuit boards or device panels
  • Installation of cable harnesses and electrical components, including crimping, laying, and painting
  • Preparation of electrical components according to orders at the workplace
  • Processing and reporting of complaints

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an electrician or electronics technician for aeronautical systems
  • Many years of professional experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing/production
  • Ideally, experience in electrical installation in aircraft construction
  • Knowledge of the installation of large electrical components, especially cable harnesses
  • Proficient German language skills (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift operation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
