Tasks
- Control of configuration management processes within complex aviation projects
- Maintenance of product structures in product data management (PDM)
- Responsible for data and documentation management as well as configuration verification
- Coordination of construction statuses and manufacturing data
- Coordination with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and partner companies
- Creation and optimization of ISO-compliant process descriptions and plans
- Management of operational activities and participation in Configuration Control Boards (CCB)
- Support with audits and internal training on KM processes and tools
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
- Several years of experience in project management and configuration management
- Knowledge of technical documentation and release management is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and SAP, ideally experience with Jira, Confluence, and Windchill
- Business fluent German (at least C1), advanced English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
