For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a Engineer as Project Manager Construction Management at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder location, starting immediately. In an international environment, you will take on responsibility for demanding construction projects as part of the production rate ramp-up in the Single-Aisle Final Assembly Line – from planning to execution. Tasks
- Achieve project goals (time, scope, cost, quality) in accordance with internal and external regulations
- Build and manage interdisciplinary project teams within a matrix organization
- Risk management as well as identification and implementation of opportunities
- Create and monitor cost overviews across all phases of the project
- Communicate with authorities and obtain necessary approvals
- Ensure collaboration with external partners and suppliers
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering or Construction Project Management
- Extensive experience in project and construction management of industrial facilities, infrastructure and buildings
- Sound knowledge in construction engineering, building systems and project management
- Proficient use of MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent German and English skills (min. C1)
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 8 times per year for one week)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
