Tasks

• Efficient improvement of the technical infrastructure (heating supply, water and wastewater systems)
• Responsibility for new construction and conversion projects as well as building construction and civil engineering projects
• Effective coordination of operational issues as well as planning and executing project participants
• Technical advice and support for complex conversion projects and technical supply issues
• Technical support for equipment planners in technical supply issues
• Development and implementation of modernization measures for existing systems and coordination of processes with the production areas
• Creation and implementation of maintenance and servicing concepts
• Analyzing and evaluating the profitability of projects, creating project orders and approval templates
  

Qualifications

• Degree in supply engineering, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of professional experience in comparable technological fields with expertise in complex supply technology systems
• Proven experience in the management and implementation of demanding and complex projects in the field of supply engineering
• In-depth understanding of business contexts
• Good familiarity with relevant regulations (HOAI, AHO and building legislation)
• Business fluent in English
• Existing work permit for the EU
