Tasks
- Technical and commercial supervision of external service providers
- Coordination and control of service provision, including random checks
- Coordination with specialist departments and external architects
- Evaluation and review of measures relating to buildings and building services equipment
- Ensuring the quality of master data in the CAFM system and operating data in the building management system
- Deadline monitoring and quality assurance for order processing
- Support with projects and assumption of special tasks
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in construction
- Good knowledge of all building services trades, in particular carpentry, drywall construction, painting and flooring
- Professional experience in building maintenance and/or management desirable
- Sound understanding of business processes
- Very good knowledge of technical and regulatory rules and regulations
- Confident use of FAMOS or comparable CAFM software, SAP, MS Office and building management systems
- Advanced German and English skills (at least B1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
