Tasks

• Independent management of technical construction projects in the field of facility management with a focus on electrical engineering and MSR technology
• Planning and control of project organization between Airbus, specialist planners, and service providers
• Coordination of external companies in compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Preparation, review, and evaluation of plans and service specifications
• Analysis and evaluation of bids, participation in contract negotiations and commissioning
• Risk management as well as identification and implementation of optimization potential

• Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams in a matrix organization

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, supply engineering, building services engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable technical degree
• Many years of professional experience in the areas of project management, electrical engineering, occupational safety, facility management, and HVAC technology
• In-depth experience with MS Project, SAP, and AutoCAD
• Very good knowledge of change management, process management, project management, and risk management
• Business fluent German and English (at least C1 in each); French skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within northern Germany (approx. once a month)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
