Tasks

  • Coordination and moderation of occupational health management
  • Coordination with external service providers in the health sector
  • Support in the area of occupational safety and environment, health and safety (EHS)
  • Organisation and implementation of BEM procedures on the employer side
  • Support and monitoring of measures initiated in occupational integration management
  • Interface to internal and external contact persons

Qualifications

  • Completed training in healthcare or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in occupational health management / work ability management, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of social security law, occupational safety and health protection desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is essential
  • Consulting skills, empathy and a professional manner
  • Structured, careful and trustworthy way of working
