We are looking for a KPI Systems & Process Optimization Coordinator to join our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth as soon as possible. In this position, you will be responsible for KPI-based performance management and strategic process optimization across product lines. You will work closely with various stakeholders and actively shape performance structures within the plant. Tasks
- Development and support of KPI systems for personnel, costs, production and missing parts
- Development and establishment of a performance structure within the team and at the Donauwörth site
- Management of and participation in performance projects in production, purchasing and resource planning
- Creation of (real-time) dashboards and reports for management
- Conducting regular performance reviews with analysis and derivation of measures
- Digitization and automation of existing KPI processes
- Organization and moderation of workshops, reviews, and Kaizen events
- Collaboration in the implementation of the Airbus Operating System (AOS)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, business informatics, economics or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in IT systems, aerospace, production control, operational & strategic procurement, project management and process improvement
- Experience in data analysis, root cause analysis and scenario development
- Understanding of production processes for the respective production flow (e.g., helicopter vs. car production process, H120/130 vs. H175)
- Knowledge of lean principles, value stream analysis and agile project management
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
