Tasks
- Operation of NC lathes for the production of components
- Manufacturing according to production plans and technical drawings
- Independent selection of tools and execution of setup operations
- Measuring and inspecting of manufactured parts
- Documentation of work steps in accordance with internal guidelines
- Optimization of manufacturing processes in coordination with the team
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a lathe operator / milling operator, cutting machine operator or industrial mechanic
- Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production and mechanics, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Several years of experience in machining and metal processing
- Solid knowledge in operating NC lathes and experience with thread rolling
- Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B1)
- Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
