Tasks

  • Support and selection of suppliers for civil and military spare parts
  • Obtaining prices, delivery quantities and dates, and carrying out special procurements
  • Processing SAP orders, inquiries, and offers, including follow-up
  • Support in procurement difficulties through close cooperation with specialist departments
  • Participation in supplier evaluations and performance analyses
  • Processing of import/export issues in accordance with legal requirements
  • Material planning and scheduling to ensure security of supply
  • Preparation of key figures, inventory analyses, and planning strategies

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, or comparable field
  • Alternatively: Completed subject-specific vocational training with further training, e.g., as a technical business economist, and related subject-specific additional qualifications (e.g., goal-oriented negotiation or analysis techniques in procurement)
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling, purchasing, manufacturing/production, and supply chain, as well as many years of professional experience in logistics
  • In-depth knowledge of technical documentation and as a technical clerk
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English (at least C1) and French skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
