Tasks

• Fixture Logistics: Provision, dispatch, and delivery of production fixtures in a two-shift operation
• Warehouse Management: Organization and maintenance of the fixture warehouse, including material handling
• Internal Logistics: Loading and unloading of internal stations, management of returnable containers and transport equipment
• Order Picking: Verification of part numbers and quantities, processing of urgent orders, return handling of reusable packaging
• Product Preparation: Packaging and protection of components according to the picking list
• Shipping: Coordination of component shipments to internal and external customers, including accompanying documents

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a technical, industrial, or commercial field, ideally with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (e.g. as an Industrial Mechanic, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk, or Freight Forwarding Clerk)
• Extensive professional experience in manufacturing/production, logistics, supply chain, warehouse logistics, aerospace, technical documentation, and as a technical clerk
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Valid forklift license, willingness to work overtime and in a two-shift system
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and advanced English language skills (at least B1)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas are not accepted)
