Tasks
- Analysis and optimization of existing administrative processes
- Project management for the implementation and execution of centralized tools and workflows
- Coordination and development of new processes within the organization
- Interface management for change requests and their evaluation
- Standardization and documentation of processes
- Offer calculation and preparation for Airbus Operations GmbH
- Implementation of location-specific as well as cross-site improvement initiatives
- Efficiency enhancement through targeted process improvements
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in process planning and process improvement
- In-depth knowledge of project and process management
- General IT affinity and confident use of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio
- Very good German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
