Tasks
- Processing quality-relevant customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction in the H135/H145 programs
- Carrying out cross-sectional QA analyses and situation-related problem assessments, including preparing presentations for decision-making processes
- Supporting the contract manager in handling contract-relevant quality issues within the programs
- Analyzing and evaluating quality issues, initiating and following up on corresponding corrective and improvement measures
- Creation, maintenance and monitoring of quality indicators and statistics including reporting to program management and team management
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector or vehicle construction as well as in quality management
- Sound knowledge in the application of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Confident handling of MS Office, SAP and the Google Suite
- Business fluent in German (min. C1) and proficient in English (min. B2)
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
