Whether it's functional testing, process monitoring, or root cause analysis, your expertise will ensure quality in the final assembly of one of Europe's most important military helicopters. Tasks
- Implementation and support of quality projects in the area of NH90 final assembly
- Process monitoring and documentation review for components and assemblies
- Support for functional tests and approvals according to construction documents
- Coordination and processing of initial sample tests
- Analysis and evaluation of quality reports in the Non-Conformity Management Tool
- Performance of root cause analyses
- Statistical evaluation and progress monitoring of work areas
- Maintenance and use of area-specific databases
Qualifications
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or comparable technical training with additional qualification as a master craftsman/technician
- Many years of experience in quality management
- Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Advanced German and English skills (at least B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
