We are looking for a dedicated Material Planner / Supply Chain Coordinator Aviation in Hamburg Finkenwerder for our client Airbus Operations GmbH. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth supply of materials – from demand planning to supplier communication – and thus make a direct contribution to the efficiency of a leading global aviation company. Tasks
- Checking internal supplier demand data for completeness and accuracy
- Incident management for delivery and performance deviations, including recovery activities
- Data maintenance for new parts and modifications in the context of product launches
- Risk assessment in the supply chain and initiation of corrective measures
- Analysis of delivery performance based on KPIs and implementation of improvement measures
- Planning and procurement of quality-compliant materials, components, and services
- Monitoring of inventory levels and optimization of stocks as needed
Qualifications
- Completed degree in business administration, supply chain/logistics or comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling, operational and strategic procurement, supply chain/logistics and purchasing
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace are advantageous
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
