We are currently looking for a Materials Planner Warehouse Management Aviation for our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at their Donauwörth site. As part of a highly motivated team of around 20 colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials – with structure, precision, and foresight. Tasks

  • Receiving and issuing goods, as well as picking and storing
  • Compiling defined material packages, including visual inspection
  • Creating accompanying documents and preparing shipments, including for production aids
  • Posting goods movements and checking documents with SAP
  • Managing storage locations, providing empties, and completing internal paperwork
  • Independently organizing regular stock checks and inventories
  • Identifying potential for improvement and optimizing processes in the warehouse area
  • Communicating with internal interfaces and complying with all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist, industrial clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk with many years of professional experience
  • Many years of professional experience in the areas of warehouse logistics, logistics and supply chain management
  • Business fluent German skills (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system
  • High sense of responsibility with a resilient and team-oriented approach to work
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
