Tasks
- Preparation of mechanical components at the construction, work, and machine site
- Assembly and securing of mechanical components, including labeling, setup, and torquing
- Performing functional tests, including troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Processing orders and reporting back on processes via digital systems
- Creating complaints and documentation via tablet
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, e.g., as an aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of manufacturing / production, mechanics, and aviation mechanics
- Experience in working with technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Willingness to work under aviation-specific safety and quality requirements (e.g., Secure Hiring Process, export control)
- Knowledge of working with digital documentation systems (e.g., tablet)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift operation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
