Tasks

  • Supporting the division management in day-to-day business
  • Organizing and preparing meetings, team meetings, and division events
  • Ordering and managing clothing items for production
  • Performing general office and assistant tasks
  • Taking on administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes
  • Supporting internal communication and scheduling

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an office clerk, industrial clerk, administrative assistant, or in a comparable commercial field
  • Several years of professional experience in an assistant or office role, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
  • Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office and practical experience with SAP
  • Advanced English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new structures and topics
