Tasks
- Responsible for the entire office management, including procurement and equipment
- Coordination of IT equipment, office supplies and workwear
- Planning and organisation of internal and external events
- Point of contact for employees, guests and external service providers
- Creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Organisation and execution of new employee onboarding
- Support with administrative special tasks
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training (e.g. as office management clerk) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in office management or in an assistant role
- Class B driving licence and willingness to drive for business purposes
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid German language skills (at least B2) and good English skills, spoken and written (at least B1)
- Willingness to start work at 06:00 and to work full-time on site
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
