Tasks

  • Responsible for the entire office management, including procurement and equipment
  • Coordination of IT equipment, office supplies and workwear
  • Planning and organisation of internal and external events
  • Point of contact for employees, guests and external service providers
  • Creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Organisation and execution of new employee onboarding
  • Support with administrative special tasks

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. as office management clerk) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in office management or in an assistant role
  • Class B driving licence and willingness to drive for business purposes
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid German language skills (at least B2) and good English skills, spoken and written (at least B1)
  • Willingness to start work at 06:00 and to work full-time on site
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
