Tasks

  • Correspondence and communication in German and English, as well as performing administrative tasks
  • Preparing departmental documents, creating evaluations and reports
  • Supporting departmental management in projects and taking on special tasks
  • Performing controlling tasks, maintaining and managing cost center budgets
  • Placing orders via SAP, LUPUS, and P.O.
  • Recording and maintaining working time data in the time management system
  • Organizing business trips, meetings, guest services, and scheduling

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
  • Good knowledge of operational processes and structures
  • Confident use of SAP and MS Office
  • Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
  • Strong typing skills and very good written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of responsibility, initiative, resilience, organizational skills, and team and service orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
