Tasks
- Correspondence and communication in German and English, as well as performing administrative tasks
- Preparing departmental documents, creating evaluations and reports
- Supporting departmental management in projects and taking on special tasks
- Performing controlling tasks, maintaining and managing cost center budgets
- Placing orders via SAP, LUPUS, and P.O.
- Recording and maintaining working time data in the time management system
- Organizing business trips, meetings, guest services, and scheduling
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
- Good knowledge of operational processes and structures
- Confident use of SAP and MS Office
- Good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
- Strong typing skills and very good written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of responsibility, initiative, resilience, organizational skills, and team and service orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
