Tasks
- Ensuring production capability through technical management and system monitoring
- Analyzing and eliminating technical malfunctions and sustainably optimizing operating equipment
- Creating and further developing reports, profitability analyses, and decision-making bases for various stakeholders
- Deriving strategic recommendations for action and implementing them through our own project management
- Accompanying the relocation of an entire production facility and supporting operational managers
- Collaborating in production structure planning and control, taking into account technical, operational, and economic aspects
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering (university or technical college)
- Many years of professional experience in operations, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering, facility management, and supply and building systems engineering
- In-depth knowledge of materials, processes, operating resources, and plant engineering
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Strong process and methodological skills as well as an understanding of business administration
- Knowledge of aviation-specific legislation as well as occupational safety, environmental protection, and operating regulations
- Very good English skills (at least B2) and business fluent German skills (at least C1)
- Good user skills in SAP R/3, MS Office, and other application programs
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
