Tasks
- Development and implementation of KPIs for the A320 Family Quality Customer Line and Customer Performance Management
- Creation of dashboards and templates to visualize and monitor performance
- Handling of technical requests related to Manufacturing Quality Issues (MQI) as the interface to the customer
- Driving the digital transformation within the team through process automation and data integration
- Collaboration with key interfaces in Quality, Manufacturing, Customer Services, Engineering, and Procurement
- Enhancement of knowledge management through digital tools and methods
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aerospace
- Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry, project and quality management, as well as in process optimization
- Experience in performance management is a plus
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management, problem-solving methodologies, and experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required
- Confident user of Google Workspace
- English at negotiation level (at least C1), German and/or French are an asset
- CV in English is required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
