Tasks

  • Management of the Tool Change Control Board to control the portfolio for tools and ground support equipment
  • Coordination with the pricing, procurement, and planning departments to monitor price and delivery availability
  • Co-management of a cross-functional team to improve global availability outside the warehouse
  • Developing pricing and inventory strategies to optimize inventory and customer satisfaction
  • Responsibility for the tool and ground support equipment portfolio budget
  • Regular reporting of key performance indicators and strategic initiatives in the monthly cross-functional performance report
  • Initiating sprints and projects for process optimization

Qualifications

  • Completed training (at least technician/business administrator) or degree in engineering or business administration
  • Several years of experience in supply chain management and product management (at least 4 years each)
  • In-depth knowledge of portfolio management is an advantage
  • Confident use of Google Workspace, SAP knowledge desirable
  • Very good English skills (at least C1), other languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15 days/year)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) and a resume in English are mandatory
