For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for a committed Process Manager Engineering Aircraft Cabin in Buxtehude, who will drive the development of modern cabin systems with technical expertise and strong leadership skills. In this role, you will take on responsibility for complex projects within the Cabin Electronics segment – working on products such as CIDS, SKYpower and UVSS that are redefining the inflight experience.

Tasks
- Project responsibility for development projects in the field of Cabin Electronics
- Stakeholder management within both development and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and schedule targets
- Holistic consideration of the product lifecycle – from production to maintenance and the supply chain
- Continuous identification and implementation of optimisation potential
- Close communication with management regarding progress, risks, and solution approaches
- Contribution to the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Aerospace, or Business Informatics
- Extensive professional experience in engineering and development
- Several years of experience in IT, aerospace, supplier management, supply chain/logistics, project leadership and project management
- Solid expertise in stakeholder management as well as basic knowledge of change management and risk management; experience with agile project methods and AI technologies is an advantage
- Advanced expertise in Google Workspace
- Advanced German language skills (at least B2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1)
- CV must be submitted in English
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
