At Airbus Operations GmbH, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Process Manager for the integration of purchase-to-pay operations at our Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. In this role, you will take on key tasks in the organizational and procedural integration of new Airbus sites within the P2P area. The position is initially limited to one year with the option of extension. Take on responsibility in a highly dynamic project environment with global relevance.

Tasks
- Project structuring and management for the integration of new Airbus subsidiaries in the P2P environment
- Consulting and support for new locations with regard to compliance and Airbus best practices
- Communication with internal stakeholders in the areas of purchasing and supply chain
- Support for the Sparrow Task Force in the operational implementation of P2P processes at new locations
- Database setup and reporting for project tracking
- Tracking and completion of project measures at management level
- Active risk management and opportunity assessment along critical project paths
- Planning and implementation of communication measures for various interest groups
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and supply chain/logistics
- Good knowledge of project management
- Experience with Google Meet
- Business fluent English (at least C1) and German skills desirable
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
