Tasks
- Laminating carbon fiber-reinforced and glass fiber-reinforced plastic components (CFRP/GFRP) according to specifications
- Preparing and executing vacuum build-ups
- Finishing, trimming and grinding resin and part edges to specification
- Kitting and ordering materials
- Documenting work steps and any deviations
- Operating lifting equipment and performing regular maintenance on production tools
- Transporting tools and equipment within the production area
- Actively supporting the team and flexibly working at various stations in the production section
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical trade, as a carpenter or as a plastics and rubber process mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in plastics and rubber processing
- Fluent German skills (minimum C1) and basic English skills (minimum A2)
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
- Crane license already held or willingness to obtain one shortly after starting
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
- Strong attention to detail, independent working style, and team spirit
