Tasks
- Ensure the industrial planning of outstanding tasks within the assigned area of responsibility
- Set priorities and make decisions based on the urgency of outstanding work
- Monitor and control the execution of open tasks directly on the aircraft
- Perform quality and schedule control of delivery capacities (burning capacity)
- Communicate effectively with interfaces across all levels of the organization
- Analyze technical interrelationships and derive appropriate measures
- Coordinate workflows efficiently and ensure consistent goal tracking
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft manufacturer or industrial mechanic, each at least at master level, or alternatively a degree in engineering or aerospace engineering
- Several years of professional experience in work preparation, production planning and control, and process planning
- Good knowledge of lean management and project management
- Advanced skills in SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
