We are looking for a Project Assistant Airframe Engineering Center to support the Engineering Airframe division on behalf of our customer Airbus Operations GmbH at the Bremen site. Tasks

  • Support in resource planning and preparation of reports such as the Monthly Business Review
  • Analysis of skill structures to identify critical competencies, age distribution and training needs
  • Support headcount management in collaboration with Domain Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Contribute to competence assessmentcampaigns and create relevant evaluations and reports
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and training measures within the Airframe Engineering department
  • Interface management with HR, Finance, Performance and Transformation Management
  • Support the further development of the “BOM One” tool for resource planning

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources and Data Analysis, ideally in an HR context
  • Good knowledge of Project Management
  • Confident in creating dashboards, reports, and analyses
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
  • English at negotiation level (min. C1), French and German are a plus
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
